Seaside Top platform offers 360-degree scenic views of Tokyo's skyline and the Bay area from the 40th floor. The admission to the observation platform is very reasonable and there are no waiting lines. The entrance is located on the first floor of the World Trade Center Building (WTCB), which is close to Hamamatsucho station. Opening hours: daily from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.
